I noticed that, the last two days are so diferent to me,because all litlle goodies I appreciate with the grates love and so many times I said "thank you" I didn“t for very very long time.Today is my first thank you for you dear unknown friend.LP naia naia(LP means lep pozdrav)
What the statement below means to me: "It is the thought that counts" has more meaning to me since watching a video of a presentation by Dr. Bruce Lipton on how the body works, and how to program it. He explains how our brain does not know the difference between a thought and reality, so when we think something, the brain tells the body that this is something that needs attending to. So, what we think, the body will work to bring into reality for us. We stop growing and start retreating into dis-ease with negative thoughts (thinking about what we don't want). We move into growth or health, with positive thoughts (what we want in our lives). Being aware of our thoughts is the first step to change. Dr. Lipton's book can be found on Amazon.com The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter and Miracles (Hardcover by Bruce H. Lipton ISBN-10: 0975991477 ISBN-13: 978-0975991473
"If you start to think the problem is 'out there,' stop yourself. That thought is the problem."
The meaning of that statement, to me, is very simple: If I think the problem is "out there" there's no way I can do anything about it. If I understand the problem is within me, THEN I can do something to improve my situation.

Hi, Karl,
