Me Time!
I work funny hours.
I get up around midday, work through the afternoon, enjoy a social evening, then go back to work around midnight through to 4am.
And I love it!
But as the morning dawn breaks, I always make sure that I give myself a little "space" to breathe.
I'll have a sip of rose wine. I'll read Peter Falk's autobiography. I'll listen to some inspiring music.
I call it my "Me Time."
Sitting. Thinking. Being.
"Me Time" really helps me feel grounded.
So, my question today is...
When did YOU last spend some time with yourself?
I mean, real quality time... just with YOU? Maybe doing nothing at all?
And if you haven't recently, why not try it?
You might just surprise yourself.
