Spread the Love!

Hello world!

Your mission for today is this - Go out and share the love!

Don't know how?

Well, here are just a few ideas:

* Say it with flowers. Give roses to someone - anyone - to brighten up their day.

* Circulate your favorite love poetry. Better still, write your own!

* Give a friend a hug today. Ask them to pass it on!

* Say `I love you!' to all those you really care about.

* Express your love for the world around you by showing how much you care.

And don't forget to love yourself! Yes, that's right. You need to invest love in yourself too. When you are embraced in love, your heart is free to love others.

Charles Dickens once said:

"A loving heart is the truest wisdom!"

Wasn't he just so right?

So, go out and spread some love today.

Here's sending you much love from me... xx

Now, pass it on!

The Secrets of REAL Hypnosis

How would YOU like to LEARN the *REAL* SECRETS of HYPNOSIS?

Michael Masterman is one of the world's most renowned hypnotists.

Students travel from across the globe to listen to him teach his "REAL HYPNOSIS" secrets in the heart of London each year.

In class, Michael shows students how to heal long-standing fears and phobias within just MINUTES. He demonstrates how to CONTROL another person's thoughts, during regular day-to-day conversation. And he shows his students how to CHANGE their own limiting thought patterns INSTANTLY.

All this, using the power of what he calls "REAL HYPNOSIS."

If you've encountered Michael's work before, you'll know that the man is a GENIUS.

His "secret hypnosis techniques" are miles ahead of ANYTHING the hypnosis community has seen before. He's changing lives across the world -- and his methods have REALLY blown me away over the past few weeks.

This month, Michael finished compiling all of his hypnosis tricks, techniques and methods into one all-revealing book called "The Secrets of REAL Hypnosis!"

It's for ANYONE - from beginners to professionals - and covers self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and even stage hypnosis. There are no holds barred -- and the course is AMAZING.

Whether you want to dramatically change your own life, help super-hypnotize those around you, or simply want to INFLUENCE the people you come into contact with, Michael will show you HOW.

It's an absolute MUST-READ for ANYONE interested in personal development.

So, if you get chance, I'd URGE YOU to stop by his official website online and check it out:

You'll be amazed at what Michael has to offer.

Trust You!

I was thinking the other day about the amount of conflicting advice there is out in the world.

With so many points of view, it can sometimes be difficult just making a decision these days.

Take chocolate for example.

Now, I'm sure you've seen plenty of studies that say that a little chocolate is actually good for you. Then comes another study to say it isn't!

So, who's right? Who do you believe?

In an information-overloaded world, where conflicting advice is commonplace, it's important to start trusting your inner wisdom.

It's easy to be swept away on a tide of opinion, fads, and studies, but everyone's different. What works for one, might not work for another.

So, start making decisions, based on common sense and balance, on what you feel is right for YOU!

Learn to trust more in your inner wisdom and you'll start taking control of your life rather than let someone else's ideas govern it for you.

Recognize that you do have choices.

Start with the chocolate! If you like chocolate, a little as a treat from time-to-time won't do you any harm so enjoy it.

If, when making decisions, you have doubt, live by the mantra: All Things in Moderation! It's amazingly simple but really makes sense!

Trust in your instincts and you'll find that making choices will become so much easier.

Time Conquers All

Time is, undoubtedly, one of our greatest preoccupations in life.

It's something that we never seem to have enough of.

The concept of time was recently explored in fascinating detail by Professor Brian Cox on Horizon in a program titled `What Time is It?' Do watch it if the opportunity arises as it'll make you think about time in ways that will inspire you!

Here are a few interesting facts relating to time:

* The ancient Greeks enjoyed a ten-day week!

* The Romans constructed their first sundial in 164 BC

* Some of the earliest clocks only showed hours.

* A jiffy is a period of time lasting only 1/100 of a second.

* At the speed of light, time stops!

* It is said that the Hopi Indians in Arizona do not measure the passing of time.

* The pendulum clock was developed in the 17th century.

* Time passes more slowly in the Earth's orbit so when astronauts return, they are a little younger than if they had spent the time on Earth.

* Time is relative to the person observing it!

Are you having the time of your life? I hope so! Because remember -

The Roman poet Ovid once said: `Tempus edax rerum', which means Time conquers all!

Enjoy your day!

What Will You Become?

William James (1842 - 1910), was a pioneering American psychologist and philosopher, who said:

"If you would be learned, you will be learned ... if you would be rich, you will be rich ... but work for whatever it is you want exclusively and don't at the same time wish for a thousand other things.

"We become what we make our minds to become. It is nobody's fault that the great majority of the people never make up their minds to become anything at all."

How true is that?

We are what we make our minds up to become, but it is so easy to be distracted with a million and one different things, especially with the Internet. We are bombarded with new ideas, new information, and new opportunities every day.

But we need to learn to focus and stop ourselves from suffering from information overload.

How many people go through life plodding along, and at the end of it realize they have achieved nothing at all? Don't let this happen to you!

James went on to say:

"There is no more miserable a human being than one in whom nothing is habitual but indecision.

"The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes."

Once you decide to take action and focus on what you want to become, then you will be well on the way to fulfilling your life's calling.

At the end of your life you'll be able to look back and have no regrets.

James said:

"Act as if what you do makes a difference... It does."
